Our classes & workshops are as stated on the website/or as advertised.

Fees: You are required to pay for the specified number of classes in a month, regardless of the number of classes that are actually attended.

 Fees fall due on the day of the first class attended.

 Fees are non-refundable, non-transferable and non-exchangeable, except in exceptional circumstances when agreed with the Stuart Rogers' Studios (aka SRS).

Conduct: If you are going to be late or are unable to attend a class, please inform the Booking Person by email or phone before the class begins, for the support of your colleagues, and you may be charged.

Lateness: If you are in class and you fail to inform the Studio of a lateness or absence prior to the beginning of class on three occasions, you may forfeit your right to attend classes, workshops and projects at SRS without any refund of fees.

Respect for others: Stuart Rogers' Studios reserves the right to terminate your participation at the discretion of the artistic director if you are deemed to have been ‘disruptive’. Under these circumstances any fees paid that remain uncommitted will be refunded.

Privacy: No-one may record any aspect of any session without permission in writing from Stuart Rogers Studios; including posting text, video, still or audio materials on Social Media.

Disclaimer of liability; Stuart Rogers' Studios endeavors at all times to maintain a clean and safe learning environment. Nonetheless, SRS cannot be a guarantor of safety and each student, by entering the SRS facilities, assumes all risk of injury, loss, bodily harm and other damages. By entering the SRS, you will be deemed to have waived all right to recovery from SRS and its affiliates (and their respective employees, agents, officers and directors) for any such injury, loss, bodily harm and other damages, other than those directly resulting from the gross negligence or willful misconduct of SRS.
